01Introduction

These Terms apply when you use the BoxLabs website, Minecraft server, account features and related community services (the “Services”). BoxLabs is operated by [TO BE COMPLETED: legal name of the operator], [TO BE COMPLETED: business address and country].

02Eligibility

03User Accounts

Website sign-in is provided through Discord. You are responsible for keeping access to your Discord account secure and for activity carried out through your BoxLabs account. Keep your account details current and contact us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

BoxLabs may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or their security. See sections 10–12 for conduct and enforcement.

04Minecraft Account Linking

You may link one Minecraft account to your Discord account using the in-game linking flow. You are responsible for linking an account you control. Linking stores the Minecraft UUID and username alongside your Discord account identifier.

05BoxLabs Minecraft Services

BoxLabs provides access to its Minecraft server and related website features. Server access, game modes and features may change as the network develops. Follow the server rules shown at [TO BE COMPLETED: server rules URL or in-game location].

Minecraft is a third-party game. BoxLabs is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

06Purchases

Available Token Pack purchases and PRIME subscriptions start on the BoxLabs website and are completed through Tebex checkout. PRIME subscriptions renew monthly. The package and regional price shown by Tebex are authoritative; the final Tebex checkout total is shown before you continue to payment. Tebex's checkout terms and payment rules also apply.

Tebex's Minecraft server integration is responsible for executing the delivery command configured for a purchased package and its subscription renewals. BoxLabs records payment and order status from verified Tebex webhooks; the website does not grant Tokens or treat the checkout return page as payment confirmation. 07Tokens / Virtual Currency

BoxLabs Tokens are virtual units used only within the BoxLabs Services. They are not ordinary money, a bank balance, or a claim against BoxLabs. The Token amount and permitted uses for a package should be stated in its Tebex product description.

Tokens are delivered in-game by the command configured for that package in Tebex's official Minecraft integration. The website records payment status only and does not confirm command execution. 08Virtual Items and Ranks

Ranks, keys, cosmetics and other virtual items are features within the Services, not ownership of physical property or of Minecraft. The description shown when an item is offered explains what it includes.

09Refunds

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BoxLabs does not offer refunds for Minecraft server perks, ranks, keys or other digital benefits once they have been delivered to or made available to your account. For paid digital content, a statutory right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins only if you gave express consent beforehand, acknowledged that you would lose that right, and received the required confirmation. For a paid service, the right ends only when the service has been fully performed and the required prior request and acknowledgment were obtained. Payment or initial access alone does not remove rights that applicable law preserves, including remedies for benefits that are faulty or not provided.

10User Conduct

Use the Services lawfully and respectfully. Do not cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, harass others, impersonate people, disrupt the server, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services to distribute harmful or unlawful material.

11Rules and Enforcement

BoxLabs may review reports and take proportionate action when users break these Terms or the server rules. Actions may include warnings, chat restrictions, kicks, temporary suspensions or bans, depending on the circumstances.

12Suspensions and Bans

BoxLabs may temporarily or permanently suspend or end your access to the Minecraft server to address rule violations, protect the community, or respond to security or legal concerns. BoxLabs may also close or discontinue the Minecraft server. Where practical, we will tell you the reason for a suspension or ban and how to appeal.

To the extent permitted by law, a suspension, ban or server closure does not entitle you to a voluntary refund for digital benefits already delivered to or made available to your account. This does not remove mandatory rights or remedies that apply to paid access or benefits that were not provided, were faulty, or were affected by a server closure.

13Service Availability

We work to keep the Services available, but maintenance, updates, technical faults and third-party outages may interrupt access. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably needed to operate or improve the Services, subject to applicable law and any specific purchase commitments.

14Intellectual Property

15Third-Party Services

The Services connect to Discord for sign-in and use Tebex for the store, checkout and payment processing. Tebex and Discord are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. BoxLabs does not control those services or their content.

16Limitation of Liability
